The Last of the Summer Flowers

Geranium:

Begonia:

Close-up begonia flowers are just amazing, the way they seem to sparkle in the sunlight.

Like my green thumb? Not evidence of my gardening skill, but of my painting cattail leaves for the 3rd grade play.

Miniature Rose:

After years of trying to grow these indoors with no success, it turns out they do beautifully outdoors, in my window box.

But this morning, we had our first frost.
