The Bus Stop Maple Tree

Over the weekend, the leaves on the maple tree at our bus stop changed over from mostly green to a blazing, almost fluorescent orange-red. It was so pretty, I couldn’t resist pulling out my phone to take a few pictures.

I’m not a huge fan of winter, but fall never fails to distract me with its beauty as we slide ever closer to Mandatory Coat Weather.

NaNoWriMo: 31,664/50,000. I wish I had a whole day to sit and write uninterrupted and finish the entire project, both because I want to concentrate on it and do the work, and because it’s becoming harder and harder to spare the daily writing time as other life responsibilities crowd in.

NaBloPoMo: 15/30. It’s entirely possible that the rest of this month’s posts will be Pictures of Pretty Leaves. That wouldn’t be a bad challenge, actually.
