A Scarf for Betsy

As I mentioned earlier, I made a Christmas gift for each of my kids with supplies from my late mother’s stash. And miraculously, I finished all of gifts before Christmas!

My eldest girl had been admiring the dragon scale scarf I’ve been making for myself, so I used some of that same teal yarn, plus a few others, to make a scarf just for her in her favorite colors. I learned the stitch from this excellent tutorial.

It’s an easy stitch once you get the hang of it, and Betsy really likes her scarf. I’m so glad I could make it for her.
