Meadowlark Botanical Gardens

I spent this weekend in the company of family and friends, celebrating the life of my mother and marking a year since she passed away.

Included in this was a trip to Meadowlark Botanical Gardens in Vienna, VA, a place that we loved to visit with Mom.

Visitor's Center

The kids enjoyed exploring all of the smaller gardens within the larger property; in fact, I’ll do a separate post later on just the Korean Bell Garden.

Lilies and Bridge

The scene above made me think of Monet’s garden in Giverny. If only the bridge were green.

Wishing you and yours a peaceful week.
